These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the taka22 platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on taka22, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document. Please review this agreement carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the taka22 online gaming platform, including visitors who browse without registering an account, registered members who have not yet made a deposit, and active players who wager real money on any taka22 product.
Your continued use of the taka22 platform at any point after the publication of an updated version of this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed prominently at the top of this document and in the sidebar navigation.
taka22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice to players. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates via platform notifications or email to registered account holders. However, it remains your responsibility to review this document regularly.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with taka22's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and form part of the same binding agreement between you and taka22.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on taka22, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- You are at least 18 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of taka22 is lawful in your location.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual natural person, and not on behalf of a third party, legal entity, corporation, or organisation.
- You do not hold an existing taka22 account that has been suspended, restricted, or permanently closed by taka22 for any reason.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or close family member of a taka22 employee or partner organisation whose role gives them access to non-public platform data.
- You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a compulsive gambling disorder, unless you have received formal clearance from a qualified medical professional.
taka22 employs rigorous age verification procedures. We may request identity documentation — including a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate — at any stage of your membership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request will result in account suspension pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account that is subsequently found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be forfeited in their entirety and the account permanently closed.
Geographic Eligibility
taka22 is operated as an offshore gaming platform and primarily serves players in Bangladesh. Players from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all 64 districts of Bangladesh are welcome to register, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria above. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful under the specific laws applicable to their location at the time of play.
3. Account Registration
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on taka22. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where taka22 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited.
Registration Information
When registering your taka22 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all mandatory fields. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identity document)
- A valid email address that you own and control
- A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number
- Your date of birth
- A secure password of your own creation
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. taka22 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify taka22 support immediately at [email protected].
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
taka22 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as a condition of account operation. Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. taka22 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations or internal risk assessment requirements.
Account information submitted at registration must match the identity documents provided during KYC verification. Any discrepancy between registration details and verified identity documents may result in account suspension pending investigation.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
taka22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods designed to serve the Bangladesh market. All transactions are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The accepted payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard, as well as bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier.
- Deposits are credited to your taka22 account balance in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation, depending on the payment provider.
- taka22 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees — these are the player's responsibility.
- Deposits made to taka22 must come from a payment account or card held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned subject to applicable processing fees.
- taka22 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad wallet) before crediting deposits from new or unverified payment sources.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day vary by account tier and payment method.
- Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered taka22 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Standard withdrawal requests submitted before 6:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are typically processed within 24 hours. VIP Gold tier members qualify for a 12-hour target processing time. Platinum and Diamond tier members qualify for same-day processing on requests submitted before 6:00 PM BST.
- taka22 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may extend processing times in individual cases.
- Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if the associated account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been satisfied, or if the account is under active investigation for suspected fraud or policy violation.
Currency and Exchange
All taka22 account balances, wagers, winnings, and transaction records are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). taka22 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Transactions initiated from international payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) that are denominated in a currency other than BDT will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant card network at the time of the transaction.
5. Bonus & Promotions
taka22 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. Each promotion carries its own set of terms, conditions, and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the wagering requirement attached to that bonus.
- Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the player's account. Uncompleted bonuses expire automatically at the end of this period.
- taka22 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any regulatory obligations that may apply.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed any applicable maximum withdrawal cap specified in the individual promotion terms will be forfeited at the time of withdrawal processing.
- taka22 may refuse to award a bonus, or reclaim bonus funds already credited, if there is reasonable evidence that a player has opened an account, or used a payment method, primarily to abuse promotional offers rather than for genuine gaming activity.
VIP Loyalty Programme
taka22's VIP loyalty programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier qualification is based on cumulative real-money wagering volume within a rolling assessment period. Each tier carries enhanced benefits including faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, exclusive cashback rates, and — at Platinum and Diamond tiers — access to a dedicated personal account manager. 6. User Obligations
As a registered taka22 player, you agree to uphold the following obligations at all times during your use of the platform:
- Accurate information: You will provide and maintain accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information in your taka22 account profile. You will notify taka22 promptly of any change in your contact details or payment information.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You will not share your username or password with any other person. taka22 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Lawful use: You will use the taka22 platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You will not use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Single account: You will maintain only one registered account on taka22 at any time. You will not attempt to register a new account if your existing account has been suspended or closed.
- Responsible gaming: You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You agree to manage your gaming activity responsibly, to make use of the deposit limit, time-out, and self-exclusion tools available within your taka22 account settings if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, and to seek professional help if you believe you may have a gambling problem.
- Device and network security: You will ensure that any device used to access taka22 is free from malware, keyloggers, or other malicious software that could compromise your account security or the integrity of the platform.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taka22 platform. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — taka22 reserves the right to take enforcement action against any behaviour that it reasonably determines to be harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or contrary to the spirit of fair play, whether or not that behaviour is explicitly listed below.
- Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of accumulating bonus rewards or circumventing account restrictions
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics
- Exploiting software bugs, mathematical errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to taka22 support immediately. Players who exploit known or discovered bugs rather than reporting them will have winnings voided
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempting to launder money or process proceeds of crime through the taka22 platform in any manner
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location to taka22 or its payment partners
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
- Initiating unauthorised chargebacks on deposits made to taka22, or otherwise disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing taka22 staff or other platform users via any communication channel
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the taka22 platform software, game assets, or proprietary systems
8. Account Closure & Termination
Either party — the player or taka22 — may close or terminate a taka22 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
Voluntary Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your taka22 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed. Real-money funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks. Bonus balances and any wagering progress toward bonus conversion will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including those who feel that gambling is becoming problematic — may request self-exclusion rather than a standard closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration of a new account for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 6 months) or permanently, at the player's choice. Closure or Suspension by taka22
taka22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the requested timeframe
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith by the player
- Discovery that the registered account holder is under 18 years of age
- Regulatory obligation or instruction from a relevant authority
- Extended inactivity (accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for a period of 24 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure)
In cases of account closure due to verified fraud or material breach of these Terms & Conditions, taka22 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation, and to forfeit that balance if the investigation concludes that the funds were obtained through prohibited activity.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which taka22 holds its gaming licence as an offshore platform. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of taka22, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting the taka22 support team at [email protected]. taka22 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and transparently, and will respond to formal complaints within 5 business days. taka22 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control.
